Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (cloud database). It syncs across devices and persists between sessions. You can also export backups anytime.
Questions & Feedback
How do I submit a question?
Navigate to any section. Fill in the Question Title and Your Question fields, then click Submit Question.
What's the difference between questions and feedback?
Questions need answers and stay open until resolved. Feedback is observational — process improvements, gaps, or suggestions.
Can I use voice dictation?
Yes! Every text area has a microphone icon. Click it to start voice dictation (works in Chrome).
Flagging, Closing & Archiving
What does flagging do?
Flagging marks an item for Scott's attention. Flagged items appear in the Flagged views in the sidebar.
When should I flag vs. close?
Flag when you need Scott to weigh in. Close when the item is fully resolved. You can flag something and leave it open, or close something without flagging.
